Agent Experience (AX)

Agent Experience (AX) applies human-centered UX and information architecture directly to generative AI runtimes. In AX, the model is the user and the context window is the interface. Instead of stuffing instructions into monolithic prompts, we separate our agent workspaces into three clear layers: Operating Charters for global governance, modular Skill Documents for task-specific page copy, and MCP Servers as deterministic action buttons.
